Usage

Generate specific contract:

make pdf FILE=templates/Service_Agreement_Minnova_Radix.md

Creating a new client contract

1. Copy the base template and fill client-specific details:

cp templates/Service_Agreement_Template.md templates/Service_Agreement_<Client>.md

1. Fill in placeholders (client name, address, representative, rate, notice email, effective date).
2. Generate the PDF:

make pdf FILE=templates/Service_Agreement_<Client>.md
